Banglalink taps CSG for upgrades

Bangladeshi operator Banglalink announced it will partner with SaaS platform company CSG to enhance its capacity to record daily call detail records (CDRs) to meet anticipated rising volume. 

In a statement, Banglalink procurement and SCM director K M Zakaria said the partnership with CSG “marks a significant step” towards elevating customer satisfaction and optimising operational efficiency. 

Zakaria added  the partnership positions the operator for future growth and “is designed to empower our customers, providing them with the tools to thrive in a dynamic landscape and reinforcing our position as an innovative digital operator.”

Other operators CSG works with in the Asia-Pacific region include Airtel, M1 and PLDT.
