A new partnership between BSO and IXcellerate is set to improve fibre access to Russia’s MOEX Exchange in Moscow.

Ethernet network, cloud and hosting provider BSO will provide four diverse and non-overlapping fibre paths out of IXcellerate’s Moscow One Data Centre and into markets across the world, including London, Stockholm, Frankfurt and Shanghai. Additionally, the data centre provides access to BSO’s advanced global backbone across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.

BSO’s latencies in/out of IXcellerate include:

- London (LD4) – 37.5ms
- Frankfurt (FR2 and FR5) – 35ms (currently being optimised to sub 33ms)
- Stockholm (Telecity Bromma) – 16.5ms

“We are seeing increased demand for our services in and out of Russia,” says Michael Ourabah, CEO at BSO. “We’re thrilled to be able to offer our customers fully redundant, diverse access to IXcellerate’s Moscow One Datacentre across Europe and beyond.”

BSO’s ultra low latency network connects 27 exchanges globally and has been engineered for the finance community and emerging markets.
