South African operator Cell C has selected Tecnotree to expand its call completion and IVR platform.

Tecnotree will supply its Reachability Express solution to provide Cell C’s diverse subscriber base with voice and multi-channel messaging services.

“Empowering our operator customers to remain on the cusp of market developments with innovative technology is always in our focus. With multiple messaging channels, call completion is transformed into true reachability,” explained Ilkka Aura, Executive Vice President, Europe and Americas.

“As a business focused on customer relationships, Cell C is pleased to be expanding our customer-centric capabilities to meet the changing demands on how our customers communicate”, says Cell C CIO Maria Pienaar.
