Thai market leader AIS has launched FBSS (Fixed Broadband Support System) using ZTEsoft’s ZSmart QRun.

The solution enables a complete range of business and operational processes including planning and construction, service fulfilment and service assurance. ZSmart QRun provides AIS with a full set of convergent and pre-integrated design, BSS and OSS modules enabling rapid network deployment, accelerated product development, quick product launch, zero touch full-service fulfilment and closed-loop service assurance, including support for field operations.

ZTEsoft is helping AIS become an integrated operator and realise monetisation. The firm’s rapid deployment tools and professional capabilities have been allowed AIS to meet important business imperatives in terms of time and quality, implementing a comprehensive solution in less than four months.
