Cell C expands call completion and IVR platform with Tecnotree

South African operator Cell C has selected Tecnotree to expand its call completion and IVR platform.

Tecnotree will supply its Reachability Express solution to provide Cell C’s diverse subscriber base with voice and multi-channel messaging services.
