Kuwaiti market leader Zain is implementing a monitoring solution from Astellia to increase network quality and traffic visibility.

The end-to-end monitoring solution will collect signalling and user plane data from the network core to the edge. This will be used to detect any capacity bottlenecks, determine data usage and enable faster resolution of network and service issues before they impact the customer experience.

“Due to the increasing complexity of multi-technology mobile networks it becomes more and more important to gain visibility and control of the network and to provide a holistic picture of the customer experience” said Ali Wansa, Managing Director Middle East at Astellia.
